2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

9995 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure security. A photo of your national ID is required for withdrawals above a certain amount. Withdrawal limits will apply until verification is complete.

2.3 Password & Security

• Password must be at least 8 characters long, combining uppercase letters and numbers

Deposits and withdrawals on 9995 are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Losses from bets placed using bonus money will not count towards cashback

4.3 Referral Bonus

Invite your friends to register on 9995 and earn a referral bonus. However, any abuse of the referral program — such as creating multiple accounts to generate referrals for yourself — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

5.3 Accumulator Bets

In an accumulator bet, if any one event is abandoned, that selection will be removed and the remaining selections will continue as a valid bet.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts under one person's name
• Using another person's account, or allowing someone else to use your account
• Placing artificial bets or wash trading to exploit bonus terms
• Using software or bots to place automated bets
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Assisting a minor in opening an account
• Abusive behaviour or threats directed at 9995 staff
